DESCRIPTION:Flooding scenarios will begin after lunch. Check in to the
  command post and receive a safety briefing\; equipment will be issued
  as needed\; rosters\; situation brief.  Teams will be assigned to a c
 ouple different water rescues as would be true in a real-world event. 
 This is full-on water rescue training but somewhat dependent upon rive
 r water levels.
