 on on the region's USAR assets\; skills testing\; and\, skills trainin
 g. The USAR members very much wish for all their first responder count
 erparts and emergency managers to join them to learn about USAR assets
  and understand how they can serve the region in many kinds of emergen
 cies. A light dinner will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. and a hotwash is 
 planned for around 10\:00 p.m.
